Manual Therapy—hands-on clinical approach involving soft tissue mobilizations, massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, and mobilization of neural tissues.

Electrotherapy—including Interferential Current, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) - pain modalities; and Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES).

Ultrasound—the use of sound waves for inflammation, swelling, scar tissue

Exercise Therapy—individualized exercise programs, tailored from patient goals and physiotherapy assessment findings (for the home, gym, and sports-specific training).

Core Stabilizationexercises aimed at improving core stability and strength, for injury management, injury prevention, and whole body function.

Postural Training—evaluating current postures related to home, work, and functional activities. Also includes postural education and exercise prescription for ideal and pain-minimizing postures.

Tapingapplication of tape to increased proprioception, stability, and support for tissues and joints.

Work Hardening & Conditioning Programs—systematic, structured, and gradually progressive individualized treatment programs, in order to facilitate a person's return to work. It uses simulated and real work activities designed to restore pre-injury functional and vocational duties.
